Welcome to our Spring/Summer Menu for 2010-2011.
This season we are launching two new stock categories; wine based sorbets and palate cleansers along with a contemporary Australian Indigenous collection.

We are proud to announce our collaboration with Chef Mark Olive (aka 'The Black Olive') and his team with the release of 4 new flavours using Australian Indigenous ingredients. Look out for an old favourite, Lemon Delicious ice cream with Desert Limes plus a sorbet featuring a Late Pick Chardonnay with Davidson Plum.

We have also collaborated with some of Australia's leading wineries to bring you an uncompromised and uniquely sophisticated way to experience wine and beer. Our wine partners include Brown Brothers Milawa, Innocent Bystander Yarra Valley, Rochford Wines Macedon Ranges & Yarra Valley, TarraWarra Estate Yarra Valley, T'Gallant Wines Mornington Peninsula and The Little Wine Company from the Hunter Valley.

This new collection will showcase the variety, character, region and quality of Australian wines. Crafted with an unrivalled sense of detail and technique to achieve a product that is consistent, stable and of the highest quality. Our wine sorbets are incredibly honest and accurate, preserving much of the wines unique and individual characteristics, whilst demonstrating the possibilities for menu design and food matching ideas.

More than just a dessert sorbet, we're putting the 'palate' back into the 'palate cleanser'. Also look out for our recent gold medal winners from the RASV Royal Melbourne Fine Food Awards for 2010.
